Ecological Restoration Technology Services for Wasteland
Saline-alkali land is widely distributed worldwide, and these vast areas are becoming precious reserve land resources. In China, saline-alkali land not only hinders the construction of high-yield and stable-yield farmland but also poses a potential threat to regional ecological environments. Meanwhile, it represents enormous land resources for the sustainable development of agricultural production and the national economy. Improving saline-alkali land is a major initiative to supplement cultivated land resources and ensure national food security, as well as an urgent need to alleviate the contradiction between population and land and promote sound and rapid economic development. This is of great significance for our province's "100-billion-jin grain project" and the overall food security of China.
Our company is committed to establishing a technological system of "Four Goodness and One Intelligence" (good farmland, good seeds, good machinery, good agronomy, and smart agriculture). We adopt comprehensive technical measures combining engineering, physical, chemical, agronomic, and biological methods, using a unique improvement model of rapid "surface desalination and plough layer ripening." We have founded the technical model of "spatiotemporal integration for soda saline-alkali land improvement and fertilization," created an integrated technology for rapid improvement and fertilization of newly developed paddy fields in saline-alkali land (integrating scientific land preparation, digital precision control, saline-alkali tolerant variety breeding, improvement, and fertilization), and developed a series of supporting technical products and equipment with independent intellectual property rights. This has fundamentally formed a technical system covering the entire rice production process—"land consolidation-field planting-water and fertilizer management-mechanical harvesting"—along with supporting products and equipment.
We actively explore key core technologies of modern agriculture, including integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy, green pest control, smart agriculture, and UAV fly control, promoting the organic combination of "Four Goodness and One Intelligence." Today, mobile phones have become "new farm tools," data 流量 (traffic) serves as "new agricultural materials," and live streaming has become a "new farm work." Agricultural production is becoming "smarter," and new farmers are embracing modern trends, injecting continuous momentum into stable grain production and yield increase.
To address the challenges of saline-alkali land improvement and uncontrolled irrigation water use, we have independently developed the Blue Whale Cloud Intelligent Irrigation System and hardware equipment such as glass fiber composite water channels. This system replaces traditional manual labor with software-controlled hardware, enabling remote and automatic control of channels and fields. By managing flow monitoring based on data, it analyzes the water demand of each field and supplies water according to the minimum requirement, achieving precise and water-saving irrigation. This reduces irrigation water use by over 30%, effectively solving the water problem in saline-alkali land improvement.
Aiming at the recurring issue of "salt and alkali reversion," we have developed a mobile water quality (environment) monitoring recorder, which continuously monitors pH and ESP values in channels. When these values reach the preset threshold, the system alarms and automatically executes water discharge commands, preventing seedling damage caused by inadequate supervision. Real-time monitoring ensures a suitable growth environment for rice.
These efforts have realized the goals of "blue sky, green water, and fertile fields," promoting the coordinated development of ecology, economy, and society.
